The camper top is like new, the inside is like new, yes it has some rubbs from the dock but everything overall is like a four year old used boat. She has dockside power, with stove, hot and cold water and refrigerator. She has a marine head with pump out. She comes with most of the required boating gear, a VHF radio, depth finder and a Loran C. She is powered by a 5.8 L V-8 and is carried by a custom Four Winns galvanized trailer with brakes.
